The Lebanese organization concluded its project “Get Connected” with the presence of representatives of municipalities of Baalbeck-Hermel region, NGOs, Key figures and the founder and the representative of the Lebanese Organization Dr. Ramy Lakkis, the representative of PACE foundation, Mr. Shaddi Nashabeh and a group of attendees.
After the Lebanese National Anthem, the Lebanese Association for Students (LAS) presented a theatrical pursuant serving an environmental topic. Then Mr. Ahmed Toffaily introduced the (GC) project to the attendees.
Following Mr. Touffaily’s introduction, the director of (GC) project, Mr. Salah Zaiter, delivered a speech pointing out that this project was launched under the notion of improving the quality of public services with the participation of 60 Youth and 40 participant representing twenty civilian institution from schools, organizations and high-schools in Baalbeck-Hermel region. Where daily life issues formed the axis citizen interests and discourses and they identified four addresses and pressure campaigns that worked on the defender implemented in each branch of the four assembly.
The event ended by mini-workshops held between the project participants and organization representatives discussing the results they have come up with the campaign. Then Dr. Lakkis and Mr. Nashabeh distributed certificates for graduates of Electronic and Commerce Center (ECC).
